Repair Policy

CompuWeb and its management cannot be held responsible for loss by fire, theft or and other causes whatsoever.

Although all possible care will be taken to prevent data loss. CompuWeb cannot be held responsible for any data loss during repairs.

Goods not collected within 30 days may be sold to defray costs.

Goods will not be released until full payment for repairs has been received.

Second hand goods bought have a 7 day return policy – with a 15% handling fee.

EFT’s must be done prior to collection and proof thereof brought when collecting. Alternatively, it can be emailed to

Credit and Debit cards are welcome.

No cheques will be accepted or processed from the 1st April 2017.
